All items on SHE by Sharmeen are curated, exclusive boutique accessories, bags, hats, and fashion pieces. Please note: Our pieces are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any luxury designer fashion houses. Any brand-style references or aesthetics are inspired curation and are clearly disclosed as independent pieces.
All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). Listed prices are for the products only. Shipping charges (calculated according to destination pin-code) and the mandatory 20% protective boutique packaging fee are itemized transparently during checkout before final payment.
Placement of an order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders in cases of unexpected stock depletion, delivery pin-code unserviceability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, a 100% immediate refund will be issued.
We accept digital payments through certified payment gateways (Razorpay), Direct UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS). For Cash on Delivery (COD), order verification over WhatsApp/SMS is strictly mandatory prior to dispatch.
Delivery of products is handled via third-party logistics (principally Delhivery Express). Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to your designated shipping address.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in relation to this website or orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
