1. Shipping Coverage & Logistics Partners

SHE by Sharmeen ships exclusively across all serviceable pin-codes within India. We partner primarily with Delhivery Express along with trusted courier networks to ensure your luxury accessories and pieces reach you safely and securely.

We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders ship domestically from India, meaning there are zero customs duties or unexpected fees upon delivery.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Order Processing: Orders placed and verified before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday to Saturday) are prepared for packing on the same day.
Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched from our facility within 24 to 48 business hours following payment verification.
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and National Public Holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched with Delhivery Express, delivery times depend on your destination pin-code zone:

Local & Intra-State (Kolkata & West Bengal): 1 – 2 business days
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 2 – 3 business days
Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities): 3 – 5 business days
North-East, J&K, and Special Coverage Regions: 5 – 7 business days

Note: External conditions such as severe weather, regional curfews, or peak festive surges may occasionally cause slight delays.

4. Shipping Charges & Packaging Fee

Shipping charges are transparently calculated at checkout based on your destination pin-code and parcel weight slab. To ensure high-end accessories (hats, structured bags, delicate clips, and scarves) arrive without any transit damage, each parcel includes a 20% protective boutique & bubble packaging charge.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your package is dispatched, a Delhivery Waybill / AWB tracking number is assigned to your order. You can track your parcel live anytime by visiting our Track Order Page or directly via Delhivery.com.

6. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate 6-digit pin-code, complete street address, and active 10-digit WhatsApp phone number. If a parcel is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability after 3 delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
